Learning As I Go: The Start of Something Special

Starting this little handmade business has been one of the most exciting (and humbling) things I’ve ever done. I’ve always loved creating and was able to do that through hair, working for others, but stepping into the business side of things? That’s a whole new world I’m learning day by day.

From figuring out labels and packaging, to pricing, inventory, and websites—some days it feels like I’m building a tiny empire with one YouTube tutorial and one cup of coffee at a time. It’s a daily learning curve, full of trial and error, small wins, and moments of “Wait, how do I even...?”

But honestly? I’m so thankful for every part of it. I’m grateful for the support I’ve already received, the kind words from friends, and the quiet little moments where I realize: I’m really doing this.

There’s still so much to learn, but with each step, I’m getting more excited. Excited to share products I truly believe in. Excited to bring a little more care and calm into people’s daily routines. Excited to watch this dream of mine grow.
