How long does my order take to ship?
All orders are handmade, packed with care, and typically ship within 3–5 business days. During busier times or restocks, processing may take a little longer—but I’ll always keep you updated!
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your happy mail all the way to your doorstep.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, I’m only able to offer shipping within the U.S.
Since all of my products are handmade in small batches and often contain natural ingredients, navigating international shipping regulations (especially for skincare items) can be tricky. I also want to ensure every order arrives safely, affordably, and in good condition—which is harder to guarantee across borders right now.
That said, expanding shipping options is definitely something I’m working toward, and I appreciate your patience as I grow. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in my products, feel free to reach out—I'd love to hear from you!
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of handmade skincare and bath products, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. This helps ensure that every product you receive is fresh, clean, and safe to use.
That said, I want you to be happy with your order! If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.
